Spurs matchday, fan first

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is the starting point for everything. One of Europe's newest multi-use grounds, it sits on the High Road in N17 a short walk from White Hart Lane Overground. Away fans are housed in the northeast corner; home fans spread across four stands. The stadium runs its own microbrewery (Beavertown) and a food market in the South Stand. Limited hotels sit directly nearby, so most visiting fans base themselves in Liverpool Street or Tottenham Hale and travel in. The club runs an official shuttle service to Alexandra Palace and Wood Green stations. Membership through One Hotspur is the practical route to home tickets; most fixtures sell out before general sale.

Club facts and honours

Founded in 1882 as Hotspur FC by schoolboys connected to a local cricket club, the renamed Tottenham Hotspur joined the Football League in 1908. The club's most celebrated era came under manager Bill Nicholson, whose side won the First Division and FA Cup Double in 1960-61 — the first in English football in the twentieth century — and the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1963, making Spurs the first British club to win a major European trophy. A second UEFA Cup was added in 1984 and a third Europa League title in 2025. The club moved into Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2019, a 62,850-capacity ground built on the White Hart Lane site.
